Questions, feedback, or support

BarcodeMaker is maintained by a single developer. If something does not work as expected, or if you need a specific label format, send a short message and we will look into it.

How to reach us

The best way to get in touch is by email. We try to respond to all messages within a few business days. There is no support ticket system — just a direct conversation.

Email: leekai.studio@gmail.com

BarcodeMaker is operated by Leekai, an independent developer based in Germany. This is a solo project maintained alongside other tools. Responses may take a little longer during busy periods, but every message is read.

Bug reports

If something in the label generator is not working correctly, a detailed bug report helps a lot. Please include the following when writing:

  • Your browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 124, Firefox 126, Safari 17).
  • Your operating system (e.g., Windows 11, macOS Sonoma, Ubuntu 22.04).
  • The file type you uploaded: XLSX, XLS, or CSV.
  • The number of rows in your file, if relevant.
  • What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
  • A screenshot of the issue, if possible — especially for alignment or PDF layout problems.

Please do not attach your actual product files unless the data is non-sensitive test data. We do not need your real inventory or customer data to reproduce most issues.

Feature requests

BarcodeMaker currently focuses on Code 128 labels in A4 format. Frequently requested features or barcode formats that come up in user feedback do get added over time. If you have a specific use case — a different label size, a different barcode format, or an improved column mapping workflow — please describe it in your email.

  • Alternative barcode formats such as QR codes, EAN-13, or Code 39.
  • Custom label sizes and paper templates.
  • Support for Avery or other label sheet presets.
  • Batch download or multi-template output.

General feedback

If BarcodeMaker saved you time, that is good to know. If something feels confusing or unnecessary, that is also useful. Practical feedback from people who actually use the tool to print labels is what shapes what gets built next.

Data privacy note

BarcodeMaker processes all spreadsheet files locally in your browser. Your files are never sent to our servers. The contact email is only for messages you choose to send voluntarily. See the Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
